Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders that are received after 2PM CST have an additional day for processing. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $4 flat rate shipping to ship all across the United States. We also offer free shipping across the United States for orders that are placed that are $25 or more.

Local Delivery/Pick-Up

Free local delivery is available for orders over $15 within 25 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA. For orders under $15, we charge $5 for local delivery.  If this option is chosen at checkout and it is determined that you are not located within 25 miles of Cedar Rapids, IA or are unable to meet up in Cedar Rapids, IA, your order will be cancelled and refunded.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to workout a time that would work best to delivery your order. 

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but do keep checking back as this is something that could change in the future. 

Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Damaged items will only be eligible for exchange of the same item.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email after you submit the request for a return/exchange.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

Additional Information:

• Damage items will only be eligible for exchange for the exact same item. A photo of the damaged item will need to be included with the email showing how it was damaged, with a brief description of what caused it to be damaged. We are always working on improving our products and want to ensure the problem does not happen again in the future.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned. We will notify you when the request has been processed.
• Once a refund has been issued, it will be processed back to original payment method, and may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the banking/payment institution.
