Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:
- Discounted/as is items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- Damaged items will only be eligible for exchange of the same item.
To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:
- Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email after you submit the request for a return/exchange.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
Additional Information:
- Damage items will only be eligible for exchange for the exact same item. A photo of the damaged item will need to be included with the email showing how it was damaged, with a brief description of what caused it to be damaged. We are always working on improving our products and want to ensure the problem does not happen again in the future.
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed once the original item is returned. We will notify you when the request has been processed.
- Once a refund has been issued, it will be processed back to original payment method, and may take up to 5-7 business days depending on the banking/payment institution.
